MECHANICAL DEVELOPMENT

Construction

We cover everything from the joint coordination of requirements and concept selection to implementation and optimum design. We ensure that the final solution is cost-efficient and easy to produce.

Visualization

We visualize the developed or existing solutions as detailed 3D CAD models and renderings.

Process selection

We define suitable procedures for testing and also for producing the various solutions in order to ensure reliable use in practice.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Power electronics

We develop customized power electronics for HV and LV applications. A cost-efficient and practical design is very important to us.

EMV

Our development is EMC-compliant. Corresponding proof of this can also be provided by testing institutes.

Component selection and testing

We select suitable components in the context of an overall system. At the end of the development cycle, we also define the necessary tests.

PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION

Prototype

The speed of our development and our local supplier network enable us to quickly translate theory into practice and thus create a prototype.

Pre-series and small series

We are happy to demonstrate the proximity of our development to production in pre-production and small series. Our core competence here lies in quantities of up to 20 units.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

Pioneering spirit and innovation

We examine the technical feasibility under all given framework conditions and thus lay the foundation for a decision on a development project.

Road use

Test your components in a powerful vehicle on the road. With high voltage and high currents, you can push your components to the limit.

System integration

In theory, system integration is often not particularly challenging. However, if you go into practice and see the interactions with many other systems in the vehicle, it is often difficult. This can be tested here in order to be better prepared for the open market.

Customized battery storage systems with up to 200 kWh capacity per battery, over 700 V voltage and flexible dimensions - ideal for demanding applications with the highest energy requirements.

POWERFUL DRIVE
High-performance drive concept developed in-house
The specially developed three-speed transmission impresses with 14,000 Nm of torque at the transmission output. The rated output of the drivetrain is 325 kW and extends up to a maximum output of 500 kW (680 hp).

Individual power distribution unit, customer-optimized
The PDU is characterized by fuses in the range of 40A - 600A. It is also EMC-tested and has integrated insulation monitoring and a charging relay for DC charging.
